Terms of Service for Fuoco Group & TFG Related Entities SMS Program and Text Messaging
By opting into our SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages from Fuoco Group and any of the TFG Related Entities. Message types may include appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, educational content, service updates, and other important or insightful business-related notifications. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.
- Opting In:
You may opt into our SMS communications via our website form when requesting contact, booking services, or submitting inquiries.
By submitting your phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive automated SMS communications from TFG for the purposes outlined above. - Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. - To rejoin, simply submit your phone number again via our website form or request communication with us via another supported method.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our SMS Program. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. - Carriers Disclaimer:
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. - Privacy Policy:
We do not share or sell your mobile information. Text message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to enable SMS delivery through our message service providers. By enrolling in our SMS Program, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have the account holder’s permission. You also confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
