Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program for Coronavirus

Governor DeSantis has activated the Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program and it is now available to Florida small business owners experiencing economic damage from COVID-19.

These are short-term, interest-free loans, with eligibility requirements. An application with supporting documentation is needed by May 8, 2020. Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loans require repayment by the approved applicant from longer term financial resources or interest rates apply.

Who is eligible to apply for an interest-free loan of up to $50,000, for a one-year term?

1) Businesses established prior to March 9, 2020, located in a designated disaster area.
2) Businesses impacted by Coronavirus in all counties statewide.
3) Privately held, for-profit, small businesses in the state of Florida with 2 to 100 employees.

The application is available online now, with the application period running through May 8, 2020, so act NOW!
