2008 to Present: Director, Fuoco Group, LLP & Managing Director of TFG Wealth Management Effective January 1, 2008, Ron was appointed Director in charge of the New York City office of the Fuoco Group, LLP, a Certified Public Accounting and Business Advisory Firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, and N. Palm Beach, Florida. The firm currently employs approximately 60 people in its three offices. In addition, Ron has been appointed Managing Director of the firm’s Wealth Management division, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a holistic approach for all aspects of our client’s financial service needs. Ron specializes in providing comprehensive tax sensitive strategies which integrate the use of various financial products and services. 1980 to 2008: Founder and Managing Partner, Winkler & Company, Inc. In 1980, Ronald M. Winkler, CPA founded and continuously managed the full service CPA firm of Winkler & Company. The firm employed between 9-12 people in its NYC office. Ron personally assisted client management teams, developed long-term business objectives, and crafted strategies to facilitate future growth and success. His involvement encompasses forecasting and projections, establishing budgets, systems development, cash-flow analysis, financial management, contract negotiations, supplemental executive retirement plans, and he also acts as bank and financial institution liaison. He provides clients a wide variety of reports; audited, reviewed or compiled financial statements, management reports and tax returns, personal financial and estate plans. 1975 to 1980: Coopers & Lybrand On the audit staff of this International CPA firm, Ron gained extensive auditing, accounting, and tax experience. Ron achieved Audit Manager status prior to leaving to start-up his own firm. II. Education & Achievements Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, from Queens College in 1975 and became a CPA in the State of New York in 1978. III.
